Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach

Last Sunday, I enjoyed the legendary costal walk from Bondi Beach to Coogee Beach, a six kilometre hike in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. The views and beaches are spectacular and the rock pools allow for swimming. I started at Bondi and traversed each of six beaches and the various coves and bays.

At Tamara Beach, I observed a couple who brought their pet snake to the beach and let it craw on the wet sand—dogs are not allowed, but snakes seem to be allowed.

Clovelly Beach appears to be popular with swimmers and snorkelers while Gordon’s Bay is a favourite for scuba divers.

Finally, at Coogee Beach, many walkers enjoy one the many cafes—I was too sweaty and skipped this opportunity.
